How much money can I load onto a gift card?
You can choose one of our pre-selected options, ranging from £100 to £1,000, or you can click on ‘Custom’ and type any amount of your choice.
How long will the recipient have to use the gift card?
Gift cards expire automatically 24 months from the date they were purchased, and any remaining balance is forfeited.
What happens if the price of the product is higher than the remaining balance in my gift card?
If the order’s value exceeds the credit on the gift card, the remaining balance must be covered using another payment method.
What happens if the price of the product is lower than the remaining balance in the gift card?
If the order’s value is lower than the credit on your gift card, the value of the order is deducted from the gift card and the remaining balance can be used on future purchases before the expiry date of the card.
Can I exchange my gift card for cash?
No, we don’t offer the option to exchange a gift card for cash. Gift cards can only be used to purchase products from our showrooms and website.
What’s the difference between a physical and a digital card?
The digital gift card is delivered by email, on a date of your choice, and can include your personalised message. The physical card is presented in a luxury box, complete with a signature pin and a branded measurement tape, and you can either collect it in store or have it delivered, which will take 2-5 working days. Both can be used online and in-store.
