During the design phase, you’ll have a range of options to choose from. You can be as involved as you like, bringing your dream outfit to life or deferring decisions to our designer:

Fabrics for Tailored Jackets

We work with top-end mills who produce exclusive fabrics for us. Our collection includes a wide range of colours, patterns and materials, all updated regularly to reflect the changing trends and seasons. From pure wool and cashmere to linens and silk blends, you’re certain to find the fabric that brings your dream tailored jacket to life. Alternatively, you can ask our designer to suggest the ideal option depending on the jacket design, the time of year, and the occasion.

The Tailored Jacket Process

  1. Consultation: A 90’ session with our fashion designer, where you’ll discuss your style preferences as well as the occasion for which you’ll need the tailored jacket. Our designer will then create a sketch and, if you like the outcome, your measurements will be taken.
  2. Fitting: After 4 weeks, you’ll be invited to try on the jacket. If some final adjustments are needed, our tailors will require up to 10 working days to complete them.
  3. Collection: Your tailored jacket is ready for collection and our designer will be happy to make some suggestions on how to pair it to create different looks.

Why should I invest in a tailored jacket?

A bespoke jacket is made completely from scratch, which also requires a new pattern. This means multiple appointments and higher cost. Made to Measure jackets start from an existing block and are then personalised based on your measurements, posture, and design preferences. As a result, they require fewer appointments and the pricing is more accessible.

Can I start with a tailored jacket and then make a suit?

Absolutely. You can either order a tailored suit or individual elements, e.g. jacket, trousers etc. and then create different combinations. Our fashion designer will be able to advise on how to get the most out of your new wardrobe.

Do you have patterned linings?

We have a wide range of linings, buttons and threads to choose from. In terms of linings specifically, you can pick from a broad selection of colours, patterns and prints.
