Consultations FAQs
Do I need to book a slot?
Yes, our fashion designer only accepts customers by appointment in order to give them undivided attention and create the Made to Measure suit of their dreams.
How many appointments will I need to attend?
You will need at least two appointments: The initial 90-minute consultation and the fitting appointment. In some cases, a second fitting may be required.
When do I need to pay for my suit?
You will need to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit when the order is placed. The balance must be settled when you collect your suit.
Is there an express service?
Yes, we can expedite the process and create your Made to Measure suit in just 2–3 weeks. This service comes at an additional cost, and your stylist will provide further details during your consultation.
What happens if I want to make changes after the order is placed?
You can speak to our team, who’ll determine what stage of the production process we’re at and whether the changes can be accommodated.
