Retail spaces around the country are reopening and we look forward to welcoming you to our showroom. Your health, and that of our staff, remains our top priority and we are introducing a series of measures in line with social distancing guidelines.

Here’s how we protect you from Covid-19

1) NO WALK-INS

We operate by appointment only, which limits the number of people in the showroom. We also allow time between appointments to ventilate and sanitise.

2) SYMPTOMS

We respectfully ask that you cancel your appointment if you, or a person in your household, have any symptoms which could be associated with Covid-19.

3) LIMIT YOUR PARTY

Please consider coming to the appointment alone.

4) HAND HYGIENE

We apologise that we cannot shake hands. To facilitate hand hygiene, handwashing facilities and hand sanitiser are available in the showroom.

5) FACE COVERING

Our staff may need to approach you in order to check the suit’s fit so we’ll be wearing a face covering. You’re not expected to wear one but feel free to do so, if you prefer.

6) NO SHARED ITEMS

Please bring dress shoes and a shirt for your suit appointment as we cannot provide shared items of clothing during this time.

7) STEAMING & DISINFECTING

After each appointment, we steam and “quarantine” all suits the customer tried on and we disinfect surfaces and door handles.
