The staff is great, Fragkos and Alexander in particular were very courteous, friendly, and helpful. I can not express how good the service is in the manchester store. My suit is exceptional and after a few tweaks fits like i was born to wear it. Utterly flawless. Firstly, getting to the shop i looked at it and just felt what a high standard and quality place this must be. Upon entering, the gentleman named Sam assisted me in showing ne the different style of suits they have to offer while talking me through the finer details of how everything works with the company. In the end we agreed on a suit, and i was impressed by the attention to detail that Sam provided. Showing me how they will tailor the suit and how it will look when it is tailored. All in all, i was feeling really good about myself and the suit i was going to buy, and Sam helped with all the questions i had. I bought the suit, and have got booked in for tailoring/fitting closer to the big day. Definitely WILL recommend everyone to atleast have a look on the website. The suit i bought is a limited edition only one, making it feel even more special for my special day. I H70 days agoWe had an exceptional experience from booking the appointment online to the initial consultation. Arrived to a friendly welcome by Sam and offered drinks. Had a little chat about our requirements and he swiftly put forward some recommendations. There are some lovely quality suits and varieties in store, which are one-off pieces, therefore the only downside being if your size is not in stock you may be left disappointed. However, we were informed a personalised bespoke made to order experience was being introduced in store soon. Luckily we were in between sizes and managed to fit in to the smaller size with the lovely in-house tailor able to check everything over and give the go ahead whilst notifying us of any alterations that needed to be made. Suits and accessories are reasonably priced and alterations are charged individually. I was greeted and welcomed by Gideon and Eduardo who were very helpful and provided some water/coffee. Gideon then explained everything in detail and ran through the process of finding the right suit and getting it tailored to my needs and likes. Gideon then helped with selecting the right sizes for the full suit and I then tried the suit on. As soon as I tried the suit on, I instantly felt very happy and had a different energy which a groom wants, as I want to stand out on my big day. We then discussed what needed to be altered and got the details sorted. The whole experience was easy, comfortable and the customer experience was fantastic. What had been quite a daunting prospect of finding the right suit for my wedding actually ended up being really enjoyable thanks to Oliver. My fitter, Mr Azad, was spot on with every measurement first time without any need for pulling out a measuring tape and the end choice of suit is exactly what I had wanted and fit exactly as I had imagined. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality, well designed suit. I can confirm I have settled on a tuxedo and couldn't be happier with everything from everyone at Aristocracy!!! My first appointment was with Megan who I found to be incredibly professional, helpful and friendly and made me feel at ease at the centre of attention (which i'm not usually). Is a men only suits but they can accommodate with the help of their tailor team to adapt and tailor the suit to fit anyone. As quality versus price! I only can say super amazing suits at super fair prices. I have been around London looking for luxurious suits but they were very expensive (£1500) at Aristocracy you can find higher quality materials at under £1000. They have a great collection and if you dream about perfect suit for your wedding, this is the place. Alix and Simon244 days agoMy whole experience at Aristocracy was fantastic. A beautiful shop with beautiful clothes. Alexander was a fantastic taylor and made the process of trying and buying a wedding suit easy. The suits were all of a high quality and I was able to choose between anything from a traditional formal black dj all the way to something much more flamboyant. In the end I settled on their navy Mayfair suit. I had been thinking about a navy dinner suit /tuxedo but this was the only navy that I felt worked. Short of finding something that worked here I was on the verge of going for a bespoke made to measure suit. Thankfully this purchase saved me that expense. Highly recommend if looking for something more special than what you can find on the high street without having to go for a fully bespoke suit. After hours of searching, I kept coming back to it so I decided to make the 4hour drive from Devon to London to see it in person before committing and I was not disappointed. The staff were both friendly and professional and the suit looked even better in the flesh.
